Individual therapy
$275
Sessions are available at a fee of $275 out of pocket. I am paneled with Tufts University and Boston College University insurance plans, allowing me to see students from these institutions through their coverage. For clients who are out of network, I can provide a receipt or superbill that can be submitted to insurance for potential reimbursement.
Couples Therapy

Whether you're looking to strengthen your partnership, improve communication, or work through conflicts, this personalized approach supports your unique relationship needs. Together, we’ll explore strategies to foster understanding, healing, and growth for both partners, helping you build a healthier, more connected relationship. I also offer a sliding scale to make couples therapy more accessible and tailored to your financial situation.

Currently offering a virtual women's interpersonal group focused on addressing anxiety, intimacy, and connection. This group is designed for women ages 25-35 and meets Monday nights. Please reach out to schedule a screening and learn more about participation.
Using Your Out-of-Network Benefits
Starting therapy is an important investment, and I want you to feel informed about your options for covering the cost of care. While I am an out-of-network provider, many insurance plans offer reimbursement for therapy sessions. This means you may be able to get back a portion of your session fee once claims are submitted.
Below, you’ll find a short list of key questions to ask your insurance company to better understand your coverage. If anything feels confusing, I’m happy to walk you through the process and help make using your benefits as simple as possible. Feel free to read more about the benefits of using an out-of-network therapist here.
