Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a unique space to learn, grow, and connect with others who share similar experiences. I am currently running a women’s interpersonal processing group focused on anxiety, intimacy, and connection. In the past, I’ve facilitated a wide range of groups—including social skills groups, a trans support group, ACT and DBT groups, and many more. Each group is designed to provide support, build insight, and create opportunities for meaningful change through shared experience and connection.
